That's exactly what the consultation is for. Your stylist will consider your skin tone, natural hair colour, lifestyle and maintenance preferences to recommend the perfect placement and shade. Bring reference photos if you have them — it helps us understand exactly what you're after.

Most clients come back every 8–12 weeks depending on how quickly their hair grows and how seamless they want the grow-out to look. We can also tailor your placement for a softer grow-out so you get more time between appointments.

Come with unwashed hair — a day or two of natural oils actually helps protect your scalp during the colouring process. Avoid using any heavy styling products beforehand. Other than that, just bring your reference photos and we'll handle the rest.
